Our precious calcium stores preserved
By food and sunlight hours,
Our muscles stressed to maximize
Our bone’s responsive powers.
So if your doctor says to you,
Your T score isn’t great.
Don’t stress too much or hide away,
There’s work to do now mate!
The mantra from our physio was
Load those weights on soon,
And if you’re doing deadlifts please
“present like a baboon!”
